Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient healing art that rejuvenates body, mind and spirit. It unifies elements of acupressure, reflexology, physiotherapy, yoga, meditation and energy healing. Though sometimes referred to as ‘lazy man’s yoga’, it is truly ‘meditation in motion.’ It brings assisted yoga movements and a penetrating massage into a profound healing system, leaving you feeling deeply nourished, relaxed, and filled with energy.

AcuChair Therapy

AcuChair Therapy, is a seated massage therapy, that works on different muscles and acupressure points. The chair is designed to give access to the recipient’s head, neck, shoulders, back and arms, thus taking the weight off of the spine. The recipient is fully clothed as the massage does not require oils or creams.

Acupressure

Acupressure, a form of touch therapy, utilizes the principles of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine. It offers prevention and cure for many of our common illnesses, including arthritis, asthma, joint pains, blood pressure, diabetes, migraines, spondylosis, etc. 

 

The technique activates specific points along the meridians to achieve energy balance. The method is unique, simple, easy to practice and painless. Each session includes Acupressure and a combination of powerful processes, to bring about positive change in thoughts, beliefs and emotions, which help speed up recovery of physical, mental and emotional health.
