Transpersonal Therapy

60-minute sessions

A holistic form of therapy that integrates cognitive techniques with spiritual aspects in the exploration of the inner-self. It focuses on the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, with the primary goal of empowerment.

 

Therapy emphasizes working through supressed and repressed emotions, feelings, and mental mechanisms related to our past, that impact our present life experience. We work with Individuals and couples to address relationships, depression, phobias, stress, anxiety, and emotions that keep us stuck in the survival paradigm. â€‹Each session progressively moves the client from awareness, through acceptance, to courage. Taking inspired inner decisions to experience inner peace, meaning, purpose and higher levels of consciousness and functioning.

Primary techniques include breath work, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, shadow work, mechanism of surrender.

Life Coaching

12 60-minute sessions over 3 months

A holistic process that not only focuses on goals, but also on balancing your energies, and aligning with who-you-truly-are. The process helps create new ways of perceiving and being. You learn to make powerful inner decisions, that move you from intention, to willingness and courage, and towards success.

As your Partner and Coach, Yolanda facilitates the self-awareness and clarity you need to achieve your goals. Her style is that of ease, as she helps you learn to make choices that consistently move you onward and forward.

Each coaching interaction holds space for you to explore yourself and your goals with a sense of purpose. It gives you back your power – making work, relationships and life in general more enjoyable and meaningful.

Bodywork therapies 

help accelerate, regain and maintain physical well-being, relax muscles and joints, improve blood circulation, strengthen the immune and nervous system, detoxify, improve functioning of organs and glands, release endorphins. Healing techniques involve touch, energy balancing, and physical manipulation, which aim to assess or improve overall posture, connective tissue and musculature.​

Hand Reflexology

30-minute session

​A natural form of alternate therapy that targets zones in the palms of your hands. It is known for being a simple, pure, effective and easy form of massage therapy to relieve symptoms and overcome various health conditions like anxiety, migraines, constipation, muscle aches and pains, etc.

 

Each session stimulates points on the palm to relax the body, calm the mind, enhance blood circulation and promote balance and harmony.​

Hands in Care

Thai Foot Reflexology

60-minute session

non-invasive, simple and safe alternate therapy that has its basis in zone theory. These zones mirror the body's organs. It stimulates the reflex points and nerve endings in each foot and the functioning of glands. It is the easiest and quickest way to relieve discomfort from aches, pains, fatigue, migraines, digestive disorders, anxiety and hormonal imbalances.

 

Each session opens up blockages in the body to allow a free flow of energy, resulting in balance, harmony and a general sense of well-being.

Thai Yoga Bodywork

30-minute session

An ancient healing art that feels like ‘meditation in motion’ as it leaves you feeling deeply nourished, relaxed, and energized.. It unifies elements of acupressure, reflexology, physiotherapy, yoga, and energy healing, and brings assisted yoga movements and a penetrating massage into a profound healing system,

 

It is suitable for everybody, regardless of age or level of flexibility. Frequent sessions promote relaxation, blood circulation, better immunity, flexibility and balancing of the body’s energy system.
