Overview
A Better Life is like a window to yourself, carefully structured to empower mindfulness. To feel empowered is to take responsibility of your own thoughts and emotions. This in turn allows you to express yourself through the clarity of your own example, instead of words, and from a place of love, rather than fear. As you practice mindfulness, you become happier and at peace within. Everyone around you will begin to pick up on your positive vibes, and offer you more of same.
We explore 3 key concepts for A Better Life: i) we create our own life experiences, (ii) our power is in the here and now, and (iii) love changes everything.
Experiential in nature, the program teaches you how to tap into the Power within you through the process of Meditation, Relaxation, Imagination (which we refer to as our own personal MRI) and Journaling. In learning to quiet the mind, relax the body and align with your breath, you begin to listen more and be empowered by this Inner Voice – your true guidance. In other words – it’s Self Help from your Total Self.
The program is structured and delivered over eight weekly segments, to aid in the process of becoming more mindful, get past stumbling blocks that appear in the form of fear, guilt, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs and mental chatter. The outcome is – you begin to feel more calm, confident and energetic; think and feel good more of the time; become solution oriented; experience better health; making your life lighter, brighter and better.
A careful assortment of guided meditations, relaxation techniques, fun processes, exercises and journaling, helps internalize learnings, that in turn enhance self-awareness, overall health and self-esteem. All of this can be practiced anytime and anywhere, to augment, maintain or improve your physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being. The program is not intended to replace professional, psychological or medical assistance.
As we journey together with practice, patience and perseverance, we encourage sharing of perspectives, realizations and experiences, in a safe and unconditional environment. The good news is that only a small amount of change is needed to make a difference and to create a better life – the life that YOU want!

Creating ME time to breathe, meditate and relax is not just enjoyable and inspiring, but necessary to expand our awareness and become more mindful of the way we live. Our daily meditations and deep relaxations, not only guide you through the process, but also helps you develop consistency with the practice and with taking care of oneself. The practice also helps you get ready for Let Life Work for You.
