A Better Life is like a window to yourself, carefully structured to empower mindfulness. To feel empowered is to take responsibility of your thoughts and emotions. This allows you to express through the clarity of your own example, instead of words, and from a space of love, rather than fear. As you practice mindfulness, you become happier and at peace within.


We explore 3 key concepts: i) we create our own life experiences, (ii) our power is in the here and now, and (iii) love changes everything.


Experiential in nature, the workshop teaches you how to tap into the Power within you through the process of Meditation, Relaxation, Imagination (which we refer to as our own personal MRI) and Journaling. In learning to quiet the mind, relax the body and align with your breath, you begin to listen more and be empowered by this Inner Voice – your true guidance. In other words – it’s Self Help from your Total Self.


Structured and delivered over eight weekly segments, it aids in the process of becoming more mindful, getting past stumbling blocks that like fear, guilt, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs and mental chatter. 

A careful assortment of guided meditations, relaxation techniques, fun processes, exercises and journaling, help internalize learnings, and enhance self-awareness, overall health and self-esteem. The good news is that only a small amount of change is needed to be more mindful and to create a better life – the life that YOU want! 

Who will benefit from this Workshop

A Better Life is something that everyone can benefit from. However, to reap the benefits, one must approach the Workshop with an open mind, like that of a student in the School of Life


Irrespective of where you are in life, the techniques and practices will help you take life to another level. It gives you the opportunity to be the sole director of your life's movie. It is particularly beneficial in learning how to mindfully work through everyday stress, and to find balance in being, doing and having.
