Do we breathe correctly? Do we breathe enough?
The truth is 9 out of 10 of us aren't, even though we are blessed with a natural environment, and with air freely available and in abundance too.
Joy of Breathing is designed to help you learn the “how-to’s” of better breathing, better health and a better life; as well as the value of more oxygen – the wonder drug in our life. As you change the way you breathe, it in turn changes the way you live.
This experiential workshop is offered over two months, to help you learn new breathing techniques, and also practice and expand your awareness. With fun exercises and a new breathing technique each week you will begin to experience improved metabolism, a change in your body’s chemistry, cleansing of toxins (70% is processed through exhalation), a better body-mind relationship and improved overall health. As you change the way you breathe, it in turn changes the quality of your life.
All techniques can be practiced anytime and anywhere, to augment, maintain or improve your overall physical, psychological and emotional well-being. The workshop is not intended to replace professional, psychological or medical assistance.
Who will benefit from this Workshop
Joy of Breathing is for you if you desire to live a fuller, happier and healthier life. It’s important though that one approaches the Workshop with an open mind to experience the benefits.
There are both psychological and physical benefits to conscious breathing. So, if you are dealing with stress, anxiety, unresolved emotions, breathing or sleep issues, or if you want to improve productivity or performance, you can benefit tremendously.
You will also benefit from the live continuous learning practice to help build consistency and truly fall in love with breathing.

Our Joyful breathing sessions give you a 30-minute breathing work out, activating your respiratory system for more delicious oxygen. The sessions combine breath awareness meditation and joyful breathing techniques.
