Our bodywork therapies are holistic, and promote increased self-awareness and the intelligent use of one's breath-body-mind connection as the primary goal.  Healing techniques involve touching, energy balancing, or physical manipulation, which aim to assess or improve overall posture, connective tissue and musculature. Besides just technique, intention greatly influences the outcome. Each session leaves one feeling deeply relaxed and energized, giving you an enhanced feeling of well being and alignment.

Thai Foot Reflexology


Reflexology an ancient art and holistic therapy, is a natural form of healing that is non-invasive, simple and safe.  It has its basis in zone theory. These zones mirror the body and the organs.


Thai Foot Reflexology stimulates the reflex points and nerve endings in each foot, the functioning of glands and also eases muscle tension.  It is the easiest and quickest way to relieve discomfort from aches, pains, fatigue, recurrent migraines, digestive disorders, anxiety and hormonal imbalances.


Each 60-minute session opens up the blocked energy within the body to allow the free flow of energy.  It helps bring the mind-body-spirit into alignment, resulting in balance, harmony and a general sense of well-being.

Hand Reflexology


The hands are like a control panel of the human body, and each zone is represented in the palm.  The key to pain relief is to stimulate points in the hand and relax muscles that are overworked. 


Hand reflexology is a natural form of alternate therapy that targets zones in the palms of your hands. 


Each 30-minute session stimulates points on the palm to relax the body, calm the mind, enhance blood circulation and promote balance and harmony.   It is known for being a simple, pure, effective and easy form of massage therapy to relieve symptoms, pain and to overcome various health conditions like anxiety, migraines, constipation, muscle aches and pains, etc.

Thai Yoga Bodywork


Thai Yoga Bodywork and Tok Sen are ancient healing arts that rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.  It unifies elements of acupressure, reflexology, physiotherapy, yoga, meditation and energy healing. Though sometimes referred to as ‘lazy man’s yoga’, it is truly ‘meditation in motion.’  It brings assisted yoga movements and a penetrating massage into a profound healing system, leaving you feeling deeply nourished, relaxed, and filled with energy.  It also helps you find relief from fatigue, stress and physical ailments. 


A session lasts for 75 to 90 minutes and is suitable for everybody, regardless of age or level of flexibility. Frequent sessions promote relaxation, blood circulation, better immunity, flexibility and balancing of the body’s energy pathways.

AcuChair Massage


AcuChair Therapy, is a seated massage therapy, that works on different muscles and acupressure points. The chai is designed to give access to the recipient’s head, neck, shoulders, back and arms, thus taking the weight off of the spine. It involves positive touch, which is non-judgmental and can communicate relief and well-being when words are not sufficient or adequate. The massage is done over the clothes and does not require oils or creams.

This positive touch promotes good health and helps you feel better, no matter who you are or where you live and work. Each session enhances relaxation, balances blood circulation, relieves muscle soreness and pain, strengthens the immune and nervous system, generates flexibility, improves quality of sleep, and an overall sense of well-being.
